Homes designed to Livable Housing standards provide:

When lifestyle needs change Livable homes reduce renovation costs and can provide an opportunity to allow residing in the home without compromising wellbeing.

Livable Housing consulting & certifications by Registered LHA assessors Keira Nicholson, Director of Collective Design Agency is a registered LHA assessor, she can provide certifications and consulting services.

Specialised Disabled Housing (SDA)

Homes, Villas and Units designed to the SDA standard allow people within the NDIS support system to have freedom of choice and assistance with independent living and support services.

SDA requires multiple stakeholders to assist in developing successful designs and functional built environments.

Commercial Builds, new builds, fit outs and changes of use.

Depending on the Class and intended use of a commercial build additional codes may be required for accessible design requirements. Example A café fit out must meet AS 1428.1 along with NCC, however a Cancer treatment fit out requires compliance to additional codes along with AS 1428.1 & NCC.

Older buildings and unauthorized building works may have additional requirements to meet disability codes due to insufficient facilities, opening or egress available. Design solutions and additional consultants may be required
